Below are the business types supported by Razorpay and the KYC documents required for various businesses.

• All businesses are required to provide the first page of their latest bank statement.
• In case you wish to use bank statement of your personal account, ask your Razorpay Curlec POC for an authorisation letter/form. You will be required to fill your details on the letter and return it on your company’s letterhead.
• We currently do not support Individual/Unregistered businesses.

Razorpay Curlec supports the following businesses:

Business Type	Description	Example
LLP	LLP stands for Limited Liability Partnership. It is a combination of partnership and corporation. The partners have limited liability, which means that the partners’ personal assets are not used for paying off the company’s debts. Partnership	A partnership is an arrangement between two or more people who agree to be the co-owners, distribute responsibilities for running an organisation and share the income or losses the business generates. Private Limited	A private limited company is a business entity held by a small number of people. It does not offer stocks for sale to the general public. Public Limited	A public limited company is a business entity that has limited liability and offers shares to the general public. Know about the documents you need to submit for Razorpay Curlec’s KYC verification.	Maybank Bhd., Axiata Group Bhd., Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd. and so on.
Sole Proprietorship	This business entity is owned, controlled and operated by a single individual who is the sole beneficiary of all profits or losses and responsible for all risks. Small businesses such as a local grocery store, a local clothes store, an artist, freelance writer, IT consultant, freelance graphic designer and so on.
Trust	A trust is a fiduciary relationship in which a trustor gives the trustee the right to hold title to property or assets for the benefit of a third party, the beneficiary. A beneficiary may transfer property to a trustee and grant them the right to manage it.

Handy Tips

Razorpay Curlec will download the SSM. You do not need to submit it unless we are unable to retrieve it from the CTOS system.
