Troubleshoot common error scenarios and find answers to frequently asked questions about the Razorpay PrestaShop plugin.
Before you proceed:
  • Create a Razorpay account.
  • Understand the payment flow process.
  • Generate the API Keys from the Dashboard. To go live with the integration and start accepting real payments, generate Live Mode API Keys and replace them in the integration.

Supported Versions

We support the following versions: PrestaShop 8.1.x, PrestaShop 8.0.x, PrestaShop 1.7.x and PrestaShop 1.6.x. Upgrade Notice
  • Release 2.5.4 supports PrestaShop 1.7.x, 8.0.x, and 8.1.x.
  • Release 2.0.0 removes support for PHP versions 5.6.0 and lower.
  • Release 2.0.0 removes theme support. Use the PrestaShop Dashboard to configure the checkout theme color.
